Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager at McCue Corporation, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our strategic partnership with one of our most significant clients, critical to our business growth. Your responsibilities will include understanding the unique needs of this Key Account, identifying opportunities for business expansion, executing strategic upselling initiatives, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, fostering internal collaboration, and meticulously managing sales quoting and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of this Key Account.

Key Results:

  1. Drive substantial revenue growth through strategic relationship building and targeted upselling initiatives with Key Accounts.
  2. Elevate client satisfaction and retention rates through proactive engagement and tailored communication strategies.
  3. Enhance our product and service offerings based on insightful feedback and requirements from Key Account.
  4. Optimize sales processes and uphold operational excellence in delivering tailored solutions and services to meet Key Account's distinct needs.
  5. Contribute significantly to overall business growth and success by surpassing sales targets within Key Account.

Key Activities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen the strategic partnership with Key Account through regular engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling our products and services tailored to Key Account's needs.
  • Establish consistent communication channels with Key Account to ensure satisfaction.
  • Anticipate Key Account's evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Gather feedback from Key Account to implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Streamline internal processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources.
