We are seeking a Finance Manager to work closely with leaders of the Prime Video Product organization to develop operational and financial analysis for all Prime Video product investments.
This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about technology, video entertainment and looking for a challenge in a high growth, new business environment. This critical role requires a self-starter with strong business modeling skills and attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as trusted partner to the PV Product Leadership team in making optimal business decisions and highlighting critical blockers, risks, and opportunities that impact ability to meet quarterly/annual goals.
- PV Product Framework: leverage deep understanding of initiatives across the product organization and develop a standard approach to valuing new features launches globally leveraging direct monetization, downstream impact metrics, and resourcing and infrastructure costs.
- Develop and own the measurement mechanism to determine success of Prime Video UX enhancements.
- PV Personalization and Search: Develop and own financial frameworks, present to Director and VP stakeholders, and play an active role in prioritizing personalization and search features leveraging financial ROI and other KPIs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Prime Video Business, AWS Tech Infra, PV Sports, and Advertising among others to identify revenue-generating opportunities and develop associated monetization strategies.
- The successful candidate will also have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $81,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
