R&M Lumen Electrical Inc - Internal Sales Co-Ordinator
The rapidly growing R&M Lumen Electrical, based in South Florida are looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic individual with a high standard of customer service, to join our sales team. The successful candidate once fully trained, will be responsible for managing numerous marine accounts. From identifying electrical & lighting parts to fulfilling orders, the new team member will learn about the entire process of supplying marine electrical spares. Experience with either an electrical, lighting or marine background would be preferred as well as familiarity with ShipServ, but not essential.
- Full-time, permanent position, 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Salary & Medical benefits are negotiable.
Responsibilities: Core duties include (not limited to) the following:
- Managing & maintaining established accounts
- Identifying, negotiating, quoting & supplying marine spares
- Solving problems and offering solutions to clients
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times
- Other general admin work (answering telephones/filing etc)
Key Skills: The candidate will need to have the following attributes:
- Good English written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
- "Team Player" Working within a highly driven and motivated team
- Ability to work accurately under time constrains, multi-task & building rapport with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
