Job Description:
Superior Coverage Now LLC, a leading provider of health coverage solutions, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to management
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary range: $89,000 - $109,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
