Here's what you'll do:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls and notating files
• Communicating with clients largely by telephone with some email
• Efficiently corresponding with clients and internal/external staff
• Resolving and answering client inquiries
• Ensuring our clients’ files are serviced according to company protocols
• Maintaining a knowledge base of our services

Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• At least 2+ year of customer service experience and a proven ability to handle difficult situations
• Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team or individually
• Enjoy engaging with clients and building rapport while handling objections
• Motivated goal driven individual with an impeccable work ethic
• Passion and commitment to impacting clients with a positive experience while understanding and achieving their needs
• Commitment to excellent attendance and reliability
• Accountability for the quality of your work
• Sense of urgency in regards to phone calls and exceptional ability to follow up on calls
