Here's what you'll do:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls and notating files
- Communicating with clients largely by telephone with some email
- Efficiently corresponding with clients and internal/external staff
- Resolving and answering client inquiries
- Ensuring our clients’ files are serviced according to company protocols
- Maintaining a knowledge base of our services
Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- At least 2+ year of customer service experience and a proven ability to handle difficult situations
- Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team or individually
- Enjoy engaging with clients and building rapport while handling objections
- Motivated goal driven individual with an impeccable work ethic
- Passion and commitment to impacting clients with a positive experience while understanding and achieving their needs
- Commitment to excellent attendance and reliability
- Accountability for the quality of your work
- Sense of urgency in regards to phone calls and exceptional ability to follow up on calls
