As a dedicated professional entrusted with maintaining and servicing a book of business, your role encompasses a multifaceted array of responsibilities aimed at fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of business processes. Central to your duties is the cultivation of enduring relationships and rapport with clients, wherein you serve as a reliable point of contact, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries with diligence and professionalism.
In addition to nurturing existing client connections, you are tasked with expanding the agency's reach and impact by actively participating in the acquisition and marketing of new accounts, as directed by the department manager. This involves leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry expertise to identify and pursue potential opportunities for growth, thereby contributing to the agency's overall success.
Integral to the efficient management of client information and interactions is the diligent upkeep of the Applied Epic database. Your commitment to maintaining this database in a timely and accurate manner is essential for ensuring the integrity and reliability of vital business data, facilitating informed decision-making and streamlined operations.
Recognizing the importance of representation and engagement within the broader professional community, you may also be called upon to represent the agency at networking events. By actively participating in such gatherings, you not only bolster the agency's visibility and reputation but also have the opportunity to forge valuable connections and alliances that further enhance its standing in the industry.

Skills:
Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality who can thrive as an individual and as part of a team
Excellent organization and time management capabilities
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both written and verbal
Experience with Applied TAM and/or EPIC agency management systems preferred
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Property & Casualty Agent License (2-20) required
Bachelor???s degree preferred, but not required
3+ years of commercial insurance experience
Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
