Job Description
- Team up with customers and internal teams to coordinate new project and product launches and revisions, taking care of everything from securing forecasts and artwork to final approvals and production schedules. Set the pace and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Be the driving force behind sales-related documents such as quotes, proposals, and contracts – from preparing them to filing and retrieving them, ensuring smooth sailing from start to finish.
- Provide top-notch customer service by troubleshooting quality or other service issues to the satisfaction of the customer, coordinating meetings and calls as needed, and liaising with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
- Take charge of material master creation and maintenance in ERP, setting and maintaining pricing in ERP, and establishing initial min/max levels for inventory when needed.
- Coordinate transition or billing to customers when materials age or reach end-of-life, ensuring that obsolete materials are not left behind.
- Bring valuable customer feedback to the Sales and Production teams, and create project status reports, resolving roadblocks and effectively escalating issues when support is needed.
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Experience with MS Office and enterprise software (EFI Radius system preferred)
- Inventory management experience a plus
