Dyersburg-Dyer County Humane Society is a non-profit animal shelter in Dyersburg, TN. We are challenging, engaging, and rewarding. We are looking for team members who are able to meet the industry standards in shelter environment sanitation and medical treatments.

We are looking for motivated animal lovers to join our team. This is a messy job, but extremely rewarding. Tasks include cleaning kennels, feeding/watering animals, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry etc to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the 50+ dogs in the facility. We are looking for someone consistent and eager to learn. Working hours vary from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 5 days a week with 2 days off. Weekends are required and rotated. The shelter is open to the public Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Every employee gets an hour lunch break. Weekly paycheck. We look forward to adding you to our team of loyal, hard workers.

Pay: $8.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
