Junior Graphic Designer

LaunchLife International is seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at our Boca Raton, Florida office. In the role of Junior Graphic Designer, you will work under the guidance of the Vice President of Marketing while collaborating with the Creative Director and members of the Marketing team. Your focus will be on developing visually compelling and impactful graphic designs that captivate audiences and align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Currently, LaunchLife comprises four education brands; Academy of Learning Career College, Pitman Training, School is Easy and Engineering for Kids, with over 250 locations in 30 different countries.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate and report to the VP of Marketing

· Work with the Creative Director, Marketing team, Managing Directors and Franchise Partners to create branded and innovative graphic designs for various digital and traditional assets, including corporate brochures, local print materials, social media graphics, website banners, flyers, and more.

· Assist with web design projects – Full site design to banners, pop-up banners, and media containers.

· Assist in creating and designing visual content for marketing campaigns, program and curriculum launches, and promotional materials.

· Support the team in developing and executing creative concepts for brand identities, logos, and packaging designs.

· Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and effectively communicate our brands messaging.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and contribute fresh ideas.

· Work within project timelines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

· Communicate and receive feedback from team members and franchise partners to incorporate changes into designs accordingly.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand design requirements and deliver results aligned with all business goals.

· Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

· 4+ years’ experience in traditional or digital graphic design or 2-3 years with a phenomenal portfolio and references.

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

· Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes.

· A basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

· Familiarity with web design is a must!

· The ideal candidate will have the presence, intellect, energy, drive, people skills and business acumen to succeed in a high-performance environment.

The following qualifications will be desirable, but not essential, for this position:

· Experience with video editing software is a plus.

· Familiarity with a CRM platform (e.g. Trello, MS Dynamics or equivalent)

· Familiarity with the education sector

· Familiarity with Franchising organizations

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
