Job Description
- Develop graphics for collateral, social media posts, website, presentations, and more
- Support the aesthetic development of proposals and PowerPoint presentations
- Translate complex technical information to high quality illustrations and infographics that are easy to understand
- Develop visually appealing and on-brand Microsoft Word templates and PDF forms for internal use
- Prioritize skill development and stay current on design styles and technologies
- Collaboratively conceptualize visual concepts for use in both print and digital
- Support PGA’s high aesthetic standards and promote adherence to the company’s style guide
- Support Marketing team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned, including peer review of other marketing materials and resume/proposal production
- Post-secondary degree in Graphic Design, Art, Emerging/Mixed Media, Advertising, or related field
- Post-graduation experience of 0-5 years
- Strong portfolio of corporate-style work including finished designs, concept drawings a plus
- Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Intermediate photography and photo editing skills
- Intermediate videography and video production skills (Premier Pro experience preferred)
- Keen eye for sophisticated, corporate design and up to date in design trends and technology
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other Office Products
- Experience with custom coded email design and HTML a plus
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong typography, layout, spatial and conceptual skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize assignments, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks efficiently at the direction of PGA’s Leadership Team & Marketing Director
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on deadline-driven activities
