Location: Rosslyn, VA (primarily remote)

Overall Assignment Description:
The candidate will support the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Health (ARPA-H) Office of Government Legislative Affairs with scheduling, drafting meeting reports, and developing presentations. Support identification of government agency funding and organizational structures and work with the Interagency team to maintain key contacts lists, manage contacts reporting systems across all agency interactions and create a dashboard. Track overall agency engagements. Draft reports and presentations as necessary on federal intergovernmental engagements.
Required skills and Demonstrated Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 2-4 years of experience working with or in the federal government and/or engagement with the executive branch
· 2-4 years of experience in scheduling and administrative support in federal agencies or in corporate settings
· Experience managing contacts, management/tracking tools, and building dashboards and drafting reports
· Must be detail-oriented, diplomatic, and flexible to juggle various projects at once in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation and tracking software tools
· Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), HHS, or NIH experience
Salary: $110 - $120k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
