Junior Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Junior Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our growing office in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy customer service, and possess excellent communication skills.

Hours:

Tuesday - Friday 9:30 AM -6:00 PM

Saturdays 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and providing a warm welcome
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries
• Onboarding new patients and managing patient check-in/check-out processes
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers
• Assisting patients with general questions about treatments and retail products
• Utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively
• Fulfilling online orders

Experience with electronic medical records (not required but preferred), excellent communication skills with patients and staff, organization, ability to triage, and time management are necessary. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
