Job Description
The role of the Data Analyst is to manage and analyze data to uncover valuable insights that drive informed business solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Data Analyst, experience using data warehouses to produce metrics and KPI's, and experience with dashboard design and development. This role will contribute to the growth and success of our organization through the implementation of data driven decision-making tools.
Essential Functions:
· Support manufacturing operations by providing technology solutions that deliver timely actionable metrics.
· Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present complex data in a clear manner.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify in conjunction with the management team, key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure business performance.
· Monitor the data integration process from various sources into the data warehouse, ensuring data quality and integrity.
· Works closely with end users to implement, improve, optimize, and evaluate current IT tools and processes.

Requirements:Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related field.
· Proven experience as an IT Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on manufacturing industry preferred.
· Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with data warehouse technologies.
· Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
· Experience working with ERP systems and integrating data from multiple sources.
· Advanced knowledge of SQL and data querying languages.
· Proven experience leveraging Microsoft Office 365 tools.
· Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Physical Demands:
This position is not physically demanding, it requires sitting for long periods of time, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to operate a computer and telephone.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position. Corporate office environment.
Travel:
Some travel may be required for this position (<25%)
