Jr Analyst will support different tasks as it relates to ITPMO Portfolio Planning and Analysis.

Responsibilities:
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION
· Support collaboration between ITPMO and Finance, Strategic Sourcing, in support of achieving portfolio goals.

PORTFOLIO PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
· Supports team in efforts to manage, document, and deliver all aspects of IT portfolio planning and analysis with focus on capitalization targets for FTEs and vendors.
· Updating the ITPMO Teams site as well as Routine and Rituals annual calendar on as need basis.
· Support IT organization time tracking process, through managing weekly reporting and ad hoc analysis.
· Support IT Vendor Management framework, through ongoing tracker updates and ad hoc analysis.
· Support ITPMO Onboarding and offboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business Administration or Project Management
- 2-4 Years of experience in professional project or inventory management experience is a plus.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

- Ability to Exercise Sound Judgement
- Ability to Gather Data, Compile Information, & Prepare Reports
