Roles and Responsibilities
The Jr. Accountant supports the finance department in
- Filing Sales and excise duty taxes
- AP/ Billing
- Journal Entries
- Book keeping
- General Accounting
- Bank Reconciliation
- Month End Closing
- Other projects as needed
Skills/Knowledge:
- Have at least 2 years experience in accounting.
- AA or Bachelors in Accounting preferred
- You're an intermediate or expert at Excel.
- Have experience with QuickBooks
- Cost Accounting background preferred
- Audit experience preferred
- Are curious and quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
