Junior Accountant

We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our records. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Junior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. Responsibilities

• Post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Update and reconcile financial statements.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable control totals.
• Verify monthly payroll posting to the General Ledger (GL).
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile GL accounts (Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts).
• Handle intercompany activities with reconciliation.
• Assist in year-end audit preparation with third-party audit firm(s).
• Prepare and submit annual governmental tax returns.
• Manage and maintain schedules for fixed assets and leased assets.
• Provide financial analysis as needed.
• Offer clerical and administrative support to management upon request.
