Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

- Support the month-end and year-end close processes

- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

- Utilize accounting software to perform various tasks, such as data entry and report generation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency with computers and using accounting software, such as Quick Books or similar programs

- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation and analysis

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
