About this role:
Our Sales Team is creating the future of autonomy for material handling.  Cyngn is the developer of DriveMod and Cyngn Insight, a software first company that retrofits existing vehicles to become self-driving.  Currently, Cyngn offers tugger deployments and is about to release the same autonomy to fork lifts. There are major engagements with a strong portfolio of Fortune 500 companies.  We are passionate about our cause and product. As we move from early stage and scale-up, we need help to achieve our ambitious plans.  Which is why we're looking for a Jr. Account Executive to join our Sales Team.

Our Sales Team is the engine of our business, and JR Account Executive is the driver for growth within our team. Working closely with the Sales Team, you will research, identify and engage new prospects.  Cultivate relationships with key-decision makers and influencers to better understand their needs and our product fit.  Your job is to take these first meetings and provide feedback and recommendations.  Where there is a good fit, you will book the second meeting with the Sales Team to develop a solution case and learn this step until you can lead second meetings on your own.
Responsibilities
    • Identifying prospects and understanding their drivers for closing deals through strong product and industry knowledge 
    • Working through a thousand plus current lead backlog in our Hubspot CRM to accurately acquire faster closing opportunities. 
    • Strong cold-calling, emailing, and use of LinkedIn to maximize booked meetings with target accounts 
    • Excellent management of your requirements and surfacing suggestions to improve your targeted KPIs 
    • Being a team player, having a never quit attitude, and easily assimilating, synthesizing, and adapting new information
Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales within a SaaS or robotics company
    • Background in complex sales with multiple key milestones to various departments within labyrinthian entities.
    • College degree from a 4 year accredited university
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
Additional performance-based bonuses to be included with offer.
