Position Overview: We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support the Head of Sales in managing and growing our brand. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic company culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and buying teams externally to drive sales and achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Sales in managing customer accounts and relationships.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Communicate regularly with buying teams at retail partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events to represent the brand and build relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
Salary/Benefits:
- $55K-$60K Base + Commission
