We're looking for a motivated Junior Account Executiveto join its growing team in the New York office. The Junior Account Executive's responsibility is to assistant with the administration of sales and lead our newest categories for OMG kids (boys & girls). Categories include hair, hats, cold weather, easy apparel, and seasonal products for Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween, etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow in the fashion/apparel industry with a new, fresh & entrepreneurial company. Primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:

SALES

· The candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing a large boutique customer base and online retailers

· Self-motivated with excellent phone and email communication skills

· Selling collection out of our corporate NY showroom. Must also be willing to travel to Atlanta & Las Vegas trade shows

· Sample merchandising and organization

· Keeping accounts updated on current and new collections

· Develop and expand current business, along with prospect and open new accounts

· Prepare CAD line sheets of buyers’ selections

· Manage line sheets with the assistance of sales support and production

SHOWROOM

· Prepare for meetings & tradeshows by gathering samples, prepping CAD sheets, etc.

· Maintain collection in showroom and ensure all samples are represented prior to sales meetings

· Ensure showroom is merchandised, ready for impromptu or last minute appointments and selling tools are always complete & available; i.e. line sheets, catalogs, look books, etc.

ORDER ADMINISTRATION

· Communicate customer bulk order details to Sales Support & Shipping Depts.

· Prepare and maintain summary sheets for each account

· Communicate with Sales Support team: order changes, confirmation, bulk adjustments, etc.

· Communicate with customers on: bulk order details, purchase order info & changes

· Communicate effectively with shipping team and follow up on sales orders when inventory requires special handling at warehouse

· Maintain order files for each account with cover sheets, bulks and confirmations in an orderly manner
