The Jr. Supply and Trading Manager serves as liaison between Supply Trading, Unbranded Marketing and Operations. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing Supply and sales strategies based on identifying the economic drivers and risks associated within a marketplace. They will also have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of supply origination, P&L ownership and new marketplace opportunities in conjunction with our Supply and Trading team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a daily, weekly, and monthly pricing strategy in coordination with regional Supply and Trading teams.
- Coordinate and communicate with Marketing and Operations in order to achieve expectations around supply needs.
- Understand and provide timely feedback on RFP and Marketing BTB contracts for economic and market-specific requirements.
- Manage Ethanol and Bio Diesel supply contracts around forecasted sales and pricing curves.
- Understand and identify economic drivers around new market opportunities and its associated risks.
- Originate supply in conjunction with Gas and Distillate traders and corresponding system specific entries for inventory system terminals and Thruputs.
- Determine and execute daily hedging relative to position and selling intent.
- In accordance with Supply and Trading help manage financial and physical derivatives positions (i.e. Swaps, Spreads, Basis, etc.)

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Required:
• At least five years' experience in industry operations or trading analysis
• Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on listening
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to resolve issues independently
• Ability to work within a team to accomplish group goals
Preferred: - Bachelor's Degrees preferred
