HiFlow Solutions is a leading ERP/MES provider of production and business management software for the packaging industry for 23 years on the market. We are looking for a lead generation specialist to help us expand our business. In the Presales Consultant role, you would work closely with sales and marketing to create a strong pipeline of leads that will be handed off to Sales for demos of our software, with the goal of closing the sale. You would be managing inbound marketing campaigns that include lead intake, lead qualification, and lead follow-up using various tools and marketing channels. This is a remote position. You would be the first step in HiFlow’s prospecting process, and our sales team would rely on your abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Qualifying existing leads into Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads
- Identifying and prioritizing strategies for approaching these leads
- Cultivating in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the product features, case studies, and benefits to prospective customers
- Becoming educated on the various aspects of packaging manufacturing in order to understand our prospects’ needs and pain points
- Fielding inbound calls, website, and email inquiries
- Securing appointments for the sales team for product demonstrations and/or on-site demonstrations
- Following up on marketing leads to further qualify prospects
- Generating and nurturing leads for the organization using marketing channels including LinkedIn
- Maintaining customer records in CRM software by adding/updating account information
- Participating in outbound call marketing campaigns as assigned
- Participating in webinars, in-person events, conferences, trade shows and networking with target audience to identify sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous inside or outside sales experience or recent college graduate preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- You have a student mentality, are open to coaching, and can learn new processes and technologies quickly.
- You always maintain a positive attitude, you have exceptional “people” skills, and you think on your feet under pressure.
- Knowledgeable of aspects of the packaging/printing field is a plus
- Degree in Business Development, Marketing, IT or related field is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
