Liberated Brands is looking for a Jr. Production Artist to join our Global Product Imagery Team. This position will be responsible for assisting in developing our digital product catalogs in InDesign as well as organizing and retouching large amounts of product images in Photoshop. This is not a graphic design position.

Description:

• Responsible for assisting in the building of digital catalogs for each season.
• Review proofs of digital copy and photography to determine if it conforms to standards and specifications.
• Create custom layouts to continuously improve the way we sell product.
• Help organize and maintain files from various photoshoots.
• Assist in post-production for imagery used in catalogs and ads including but not limited to: color correcting, retouching, product manipulation, model manipulation, product clipping.
• Resizing of product imagery for multiple platforms, systems and retail partners.
• Help streamline the photo production and catalog process to continuously identify areas for improvement.
• Work directly with Production Artist Manager.
• Work closely with Merchandising and Design, Sales, and Art to ensure all line Catalogs are correct and on time.

Qualifications:

• 6 months experience or has completed internships in photography, editing, or layout related roles. Action Sports Industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• EasyCatalog experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital asset post-production.
• Detail Oriented and Organized.
• Positive Attitude/Team Work Ethic.
• Ability to work within a cross departmental and dynamic environment.
• Task oriented with the strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
• Ability & desire to follow direction and learn new technology.
• Digital Photography skill is a plus.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Works well in group problem solving situations.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with different departments and regions.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $18.50 - $21.50. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
