The Marketing Department:
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as we do about our products. The Career Opportunity:
PracticeTek is seeking a seeking a Production Artist to join our team. The Production Artist should have deep knowledge and practical experience in digital graphic design from concept to final creation for a variety of asset types – digital ads, email graphics, landing page graphics, paid and organic social media graphics, tradeshow materials, collateral, animated videos, etc. You should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. This is an onsite or remote position working with our in-house Marketing Operations Center. Applying for this role requires a portfolio of work samples for review.
Areas of Accountability:

• Create brand/promotional materials, from concept to execution.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Support content for go-to-market campaigns including lifecycle emails, website content updates, collateral and educational materials, webinars, and more.
• Design on brand PowerPoint templates and slides.
• Animate graphics for paid media ads.
• Support performance marketing initiatives including campaign ad graphics and digital creative A/B testing.
• Design thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
• Design for organic and paid social media content across all owned social platforms.
• Help create, update and manage internal style guides.
• Liaise with marketing directors and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

 
Competencies for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or similar.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with animation software and/or HubSpot landing page creation.
• Sketch/Figma
• After Effects (or another animation platform)
• Video Editing (nice to have)
• 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing team
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leaders and highly intellectual thinkers.
• Excellent understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite & building PowerPoint Master Slides. 
• Asana Project Management (not required, but a plus!)

EDUCATION: 
Bachelor’s degree required.
 
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between 55,000-70,000for this position.
