About the Job

The Jr. Graphic Designer is an integral part of our marketing team. This role is designed for a creative and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for design and visual storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be to support the creation of high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand and project narratives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to produce a variety of digital and print assets, including look books, presentations, social media graphics, and advertisements. You will also assist in photo editing and graphic layout to ensure that all marketing materials are visually compelling and align with our brand standards.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with early-career experience in graphic design. It offers the chance to develop your skills in a professional setting, work on a range of creative projects, and contribute to the success of a dynamic team in the architecture and interior design industry.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in-office a minimum of two days per week which should be on one of the Firm's three anchor days which are Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. Occasional travel may be necessary.

What will you do in this role?

You will

• Assist in the development and production of marketing materials, including look books, RFPs, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate their visions into engaging graphics and layouts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assist in photo editing and manipulation for project imagery and marketing collateral.
• Provide support in the creation of digital content, including website graphics and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project concepts and requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques.

What you bring to be successful.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Three (3) years of experience in graphic design, with a strong foundation in design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent graphic design, layout, and typography skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple project timelines while demonstrating unwavering attention to detail to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital production processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
