This role will assist the Marketing Communication Manager with graphic design projects. The position will include at least 20-25% of time dedicated to admin tasks, such as maintaining our image library, performing mailings, and distributing literature.

ROLE: The Graphic Designer for Alliance Door Products US and Canada will contribute to the design and production of all types of marketing items such as collateral, POP, tradeshow graphics, web content and updates, image modifications, illustrations, and visual sales aids. Additionally, this position will support the Marketing Communications Manager with a wide variety of administrative functions along with the design and execution of marketing communication projects.

HOURS: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position (40 hours/week). In the office at our Wilsonville, Oregon location. (part-time considered for the right applicant).

LOCATION:Wilsonville, Oregon

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce high-quality digital images.
• Design, produce, and maintain print marketing collateral including product and trade show brochures and exhibits, sell sheets, and direct marketing pieces, illustrations, and presentations.
• Design, produce, and maintain digital marketing assets in support of websites, digital brochures, e-newsletters, social media, and other forms of digital marketing.
• Administrate and maintain the digital image library.
• Implement and follow established brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Content proofing.
• Using artful discernment in design and choice of typography.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Must have extensive knowledge in Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Windows work environment).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent Proofing skills.
• Masterful ability in the art of Typography.
• Willing and able to travel for team functions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Timely ability to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years' experience in graphic design
• Experience with Adobe Substance 3D a plus

Knowledge and experience in the door manufacturing and/or building industry favored but not required
