Job title: Journeyman Maintenance Technician
Location: Norwalk, OH
Shift: 1st or 3rd shift (6 am to 4 pm) or (11 pm to 6 am)
Salary: $25 to $30 an hour based on experience
The Maintenance Mechanical Journeyman is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electronics and manufacturing equipment, including PLC controllers, HVAC, conveyors, among others. They are also responsible for installing, inspecting, and improving the efficiency of the equipment while adhering to safety, quality, and operational efficiency requirements.
Duties:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronics, manufacturing equipment, and plant facilities.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and/or quality system.
- Knowledge and implementation of general safe work practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Expert Level at Mechanical Task and ability to Lead others

Requirement :
- Must have 6-10 years' experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment
- Must have an Associate's Degree or Certificate in Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a field closely related.
- Must have a current status of one of the following professional certifications;
- Can do all jobs and train apprentices.
- Journeyman MR Card 8000 hrs4 year program
