We depend on creative, responsible, hardworking individuals like you to operate our business successfully!Job Type: Full TimeShift Available: 2nd & 3rdCompensation: $36.28/hrA Typical Work Day May Include:Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility Documenting all completed work and the conditions found; utilizing maintenance computer software as necessaryInstalling, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various components and systems including heavy mobile equipment, hydraulic systems, 12 & 24V mobile electrical systems, belt conveyors, gear reducers, and bearingsOperating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, etc.Comprehending mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manualsOperating forkliftsUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentAbility to repair equipment in close proximity to explosivesOther duties as assignedWhat You Will Need: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderBasic computer skillsAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Minimum of one year of experience with industrial electrical knowledge and mechanical maintenance tradesAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeAbility and willingness to work underground in a mining environmentCurrent ATF certification or the ability to obtain one upon hireMust possess journeyman certificate, a state certificate, or a degree in the field with experience repairing and troubleshooting of the following areas:  hydraulic and pneumatic systems, diesel systems, 12- & 24-volt electrical systemsWhat Will Put You Ahead:Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willing to acquire certificationHeavy equipment/industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3 years equivalent experiencePredictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance CertificationsHigh school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceExperience troubleshooting and maintaining various components and systems such as but not limited to packaging equipment, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, belt or roller conveyors, pumps, gear reducers, or bearings Routine background check and Alcohol Tobacco and Firearm (ATF) "Explosives Possessor" background check: To ensure a safe working environment for all employees, we will conduct a criminal background check.Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
