Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect
Location: St. Paul, MN
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join the project. The IAM Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and design of our IAM ecosystem, ensuring it meets compliance requirements and organizational objectives.
This position will involve both on-site and remote work, with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities:
Architect the best-fit IAM ecosystem solution, considering CJIS compliance, budget constraints, and utilizing both paid and open-source solutions
Design and draft an IAM roadmap outlining short, mid, and long-term implementation plans, including reorganization of existing Active Directory
Participate in IAM team meetings, review and understand clients IAM requirements, and provide knowledge transfer.
Ensure IAM solution addresses both on-premises and GovCloud based assets
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Proofing Services
Integrate IAM solutions with Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Privileged Account Management (PAM), End Point Privilege Management, and Secrets Management
Desired Skills:
Minimum of ten years of IT experience, with experience leading the design and/or implementation of enterprise-wide IAM solutions
Experience integrating IAM solutions with IGA, PAM, and/or secrets management
Familiarity with FBI CJIS security policy and experience implementing IAM compliant with CJIS standards
Proficiency in both commercial and open-source IAM solutions
Project management experience and ability to lead implementations with multiple commercial enterprise IAM products
Experience designing IAM architecture for both on-premises and GovCloud infrastructures
Prior experience working with Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice Systems is desirable
