HR Generalist/Supervisor will maintain all J&G Chicken HR responsibilities from hiring, orientation, payroll, terminations, and HR Administration tasks. This is a part-time role, 20-25 hours a week.

Job Duties
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process. Handles the recruitment process by identifying candidates, scheduling interviews for management, conducting background checks and conducting the pre-hire and onboarding process.
Completes full-cycle payroll process on HRIS system. Prepares and distributes manual checks and scheduling, pending pay adjustments for direct company employees.
Assist with the various recordkeeping functions of Compensation & Benefits, including the distribution, collection and organization of employee notices and employee files.
Update and maintain HRIS systems, such as direct deposit and HR profile changes, transfers, hiring, new hire onboarding, and terminations.
Investigates employee relations complaints that are reported.
Must be knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
