As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications
  • Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications
  • Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing
  • Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes
  • Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements
  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years' IT experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

Commercial Applications
Additional Requirements:
  • Prior experience with Commercial Applications in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proficient in JAVA programming language
  • Preferred: Experience with Spring Boot and Oracle Database SQL
  • Preferred: Front-end experience with Angular
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Linux

Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
  • Must be available 24/7 on-call for rotations
