SalaryFXDD is seeking an intelligent, motivated, and hardworking Japanese Bilingual Administration/Sales Representative Associate to join our team. FXDD is a leading global online FX broker with a long history of providing cutting edge technology, competitive pricing and reliable service to both retail and institutional clients across the continents.
The Japanese Bilingual Administration/Sales Representative Associate is responsible for administrative work such as opening accounts for clients through our online application process, following up with leads to ensure completion account funding, processing basic accounting requests, handling online chats, emails and sometimes phone calls from clients and provide day to day miscellaneous assistance to our sales team. Both Full Time and Part-time is available.
The office is in Jersey City 3 minutes away from the New Port Path station, easily accessible from downtown and Midtown NYC. Currently employees are working hybrid-remote and occasionally going to the office. *Must be eligible to work in the United Sates!
The successful candidate should possess;
- Native level Japanese and conversational level English skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in windows PC, Outlook and the Internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills
- and have the ability to work independently within a team environment and maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
- Though optional, experience or interest in video editing for YouTube is highly rated
