Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Administrative Staff
Work Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid Remote)
Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Direct-Hire, Full-Time

OVERVIEW:
The Japanese Bilingual Administrative Staff will handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate must possess business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
Perform general office affairs, including inventorying supplies, maintenance, and equipment.
Handle business insurance, including General Liability and Workers' Compensation.
Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and coordinate and schedule appointments.
Edit company documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as necessary.
Maintain an organized office environment, order supplies, and manage office equipment.
Coordinate office management tasks with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Organize and maintain company documents, including contracts, ID cards, reports, and other important paperwork.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Japanese and English. (Reading/Writing Required)
MS Office Skill - Intermediate level required.
Experience with business insurance is proffered.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
