Janitorial Supervisor, Full Time, Evenings, Medford Or

Sanitech is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitorial Supervisor in the Rogue Valley. The ideal candidate for this position has Supervisor experience, is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on challenging and rewarding work. The schedule for this position requires working five days each week with two days off each week; these days are typically consecutive, but may be non-consecutive.

The Supervisor responsibilities include:

- Training new employees
- Filling in for sick employees or employees on vacation
- Establishing standard times
- Quality Control
- Cleaning commercial businesses
- Managing Cleaning Staff

Potential candidates must have a high standard for cleaning and maintaining quality standards. You will be a working supervisor that will be cleaning as well as managing the cleaning technicians assigned to your area. Although not required, the ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has some project experience, including, but not limited to, hard surface floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, and post construction clean-up. All employees must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds, plus be able to perform all activities for janitorial work, including bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, using a ladder, and more.

Starting wages will be $18-24/hr., depending on experience. The position is full-time, 36-40+ hrs./week, and after a year, would merit paid time off. We pay time-and-a-half for all overtime. Applicants must have a good driving record, current driver's license, and is covered under current vehicle insurance. Company vehicle will be provided for work.
