Pay Range: $62,433 – 77,417 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Are you a natural born coach? As NFM’S Assistant Flooring Service Manager you will assist in managing the department on a day to day basis providing coaching and monitoring to all staff and researching and resolving customer issues referred to management by performing the following duties
Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Be Precise: Control expenses and meet goals. Control turnover. Cross train staff to ensure departmental coverage for major functions
• Balance: Complete staff paperwork accurately and timely—job orders, class changes, termination reports, work schedules etc. Complete timekeeper functions and administer benefit pay accurately and timely
• Oversee the mission and critical measures of department. Be a role model of the company vision and values
• Actively work on process improvements within the department by applying the concepts of The Quality Improvement Process
• Train: Recruit and hire qualified staff in cooperation with Human Resources. Ensure orientation for new staff- Coordinate the training of staff with training team and/or HR, to make proper decisions for customers

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Data entry skills per established department requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Applications
• Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
