Our Janitorial division is in charge of keeping our client’s workplace clean, organized, and disinfected.

We are looing for a Janitorial Supervisor with 3plus years experience preferred

• You have had experience leading a janitorial crew
• You can pass a background check
• Can work M-F 10am-6pm and occasional weekends as needed
• Pay $28 - $32 depending on experience

What you will do....

• Train all team members on the safe performance of their assigned tasks.
• Ensure all safety policies and practices are followed including reporting of incidents.
• Ensure training takes place for all new hires and that training sessions are held periodically to review programs/policies.
• Review and control labor and supply costs for assigned accounts weekly.
• Budget reports turn in.
• Inspect assigned accounts quarterly. Ensure the work performed meets customer quality standards for account retention.
• Review inspections submitted weekly.
• Visit customers on a monthly basis to maintain good relationships.
• Review reports and submit on time.
• Assist Leads in work schedules.
• Provide fill-in services where needed.
• Staffing of new contracts.
• Ensure all programs and policies of company are being followed.
• Maintain inventory and supply and equipment needs for assigned accounts. Deliver equipment and materials as needed.
• Responsible for training, reviewing, correcting, and recommending the employment termination of employees.
• Responsible for resolving day-to-day operational problems at accounts.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Branch Manager and President.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Organizational skills are a must and must meet all timelines given by higher.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Must be able to use Microsoft software and manage all admin tasks in a timely and efficient manner while leading janitorial staff.
