Ivf Coordinator

IVF Coordinator – FT IVF Coordinator needed for busy Infertility Clinic in New Mexico. Come join our team and enjoy a fun and rewarding specialty helping build families. Full time Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Healthcare background required. Duties include but are not limited to: face-to-face consults with patients, scheduling IVF cycles, medication coordination, preparation of IVF calendar, communications with patients via emails and voicemails, communication with physician, laboratory staff and clinical staff. Maintaining and updating a monthly listing of IVF patients. Preparing and running a weekly IVF meeting with physician and clinical staff.

This candidate must have a strong work history, superior organizational and communication skills, be self-motivated, flexible and reliable. They must also demonstrate a positive, open and friendly attitude to colleagues and patients, self-confidence and professionalism. Spanish speaking a plus but not necessary.
