SalaryTEKsystems has an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Production Coordinator in Albuquerque for a manufacturing organization. Please apply if you have experience with logistics or supply chain or other administrative functions within manufacturing and are looking for your next role!
Description:
-Entering sales orders and purchase orders
-Preparing production documents and work orders
-Monitoring and analyzing production and inventory
-Perform quality checks on production lines
-Handling basic accounting - entering AP invoices and invoicing customers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
-1-2 years of Administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing
-Someone who has worn a lot of hats in their previous roles
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
-HS Diploma required
-Attention to detail
-Ability to be at a desk and on their feet all day
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
