Job Description Summary
Responsible for the maintenance of the ITM warehouse to include shipping, receiving, and inventorying of parts and machines as well as maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse area. Grants safe access as required by the ITM Maintenance team, and keeps detailed records of incoming, outgoing, and current inventory products. Ensures parts inventory is replenished as parts are used, and correct inventory is maintained to facilitate the repairs of all ITMs and ATMs in RFCU's fleet. Performs application administration activities for assigned software. Participates in testing software releases and updates. Participates in troubleshooting and resolving applications issues. Performs a variety of technical tasks in support of assigned software operations. Creates and maintains a positive working relationship with vendors to ensure availability of parts and expedites encountered issues when required.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for maintaining the inventory of ITM related parts at an appropriate level to ensure that machines are functioning at optimum capacity, keeps detailed records of parts to include quantity and location within the warehouse and ITM Maintenance vehicles.
  • Develops and applies strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and forecasts future inventory requirements.
  • Responsible for the shipping, receiving and storage of inventory; ensuring categorization for warehouse efficiencies. Identifies and reports backordered parts availability and coordinates faster delivery times with vendor.
  • Receives and completes inventory inspection of new ITM and ATM machines, confirming the correct equipment is received and performing all necessary quality controls to ensure products arrive configured as required.
  • Responsible for the configuration, testing and maintenance of applications related to ITM maintenance and warehouse inventory systems; performs routine application maintenance activities; configures software processes; configures and supports application subsystems and modules.
  • Coordinates installation of software releases and upgrades in the test environment; coordinates and participates in testing new releases, upgrades, and fixes; with approval, coordinates installation of approved releases into the production environment.
  • Grants safe access by providing access codes to technicians after verification of a valid use case and documenting safe access for each occurrence.
  • Answers user questions by telephone and email; troubleshoots and participates in resolving application problems and errors; reports issue resolutions to users.
  • Reports software issues and tracks their resolution with software vendors until complete; escalates open requests with vendors as necessary to ensure optimal software functionality.
  • Works with management and vendor if products are missing, damaged or defective. Verifies classification to determine return eligibility and follows vendor protocol to process inventory for return in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists and other documentation.
  • Recommends process improvements to streamline RFCU's current ITM ticketing, routing and scheduling systems.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job satisfactorily, an employee must be able to carry out each essential duty competently. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and abilities required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Education Requirements
  • Required - High School or GED
  • Required - Valid US Driver's License

Experience Requirement
  • Required - 2 Years - Warehouse management experience - ITM/ATM warehouse experience a plus.
  • Preferred - 1 Year - Responsible experience in performing user support, testing, and other related functions for business applications.
  • Preferred - Intuit/Corrigo ticketing and DormaKaba lock software experience.
  • Preferred - NCR ordering systems experience.

SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Effectively apply internal and external customer service practices and processes to meet quality service standards and achieve member satisfaction.
  • Learn and apply information, on a wide range of Credit Union products, services and regulatory compliance requirements, in order to assess member situations and develop solutions.
  • Basic PC hardware, software, operating systems and characteristics.
  • Basic operations of a helpdesk and standard helpdesk software.
  • Methods and techniques for troubleshooting and determining the causes of standard computer hardware and software problems and device errors and failures.
  • Resolve problems utilizing advanced knowledge and experience.
  • Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively. Actively listen to questions, opinions and ideas of others. Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Use correct English including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Operate computers and use business software and other standard office equipment.
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Set priorities and manage one's own time effectively.
