The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Treasury Program Manager, to join our team. You will sit in the Enterprise Data and Analytics space, supporting and initiative in the marketing space. Will have two primary responsibilities - vendor management and product owner for an insourcing opportunity of a vendor platform. MUST HAVES- Bachelor’s degree in Treasury, accounting, business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Treasury transformation, Treasury operations, financial planning & analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large-scale Treasury transformation programs in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple stakeholders/partners. Familiarity with Treasury technology applications and platforms, including financial systems and reporting tools, ERP systems, and automation tools/applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and experience with escalating early to fuel velocity. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and influence a cross-functional team of professionals. Proven track record of driving effective change management and experience with communication at all levels of an organization. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build durable relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Culturally aware; experience communication and working with a global audience. Hands-on experience with Jira suite preferred. Locations - 100% Remote Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $ 175 – $ 180 k annually.
