Responsibilities of Rehabilitation Program Manager:
Initiate, co-ordinate and monitor an injured or ill employee's workplace Rehabilitation Program
Connect and coordinate people involved in the return-to-work process
Promote the health benefits of good work, early intervention, and the organization's return to work approach
Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Program Manager:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in OT, PT or SLP required.
Valid, unrestricted license an OTR, RPT, or SLP-CCC in the state of practice required.
One (1+) years' clinical experience required.
Prior Rehabilitation Program Manager experience a plus.
