Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for an IT Applications Administrator to join our team. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design, develop, and produce state-of-the-art technologies.
We are seeking an IT Administrator / Systems Analyst to become part of a growth company with ever present infrastructure and business system initiatives. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Reporting systems (and related databases) including troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and working with our internal team to improve business processes through system automation. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of new modules, assisting users with Costpoint usage, and developing reports and dashboards using Deltek Business Intelligence in support of various business units.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with all operations departments and IT teams to ensure the successful support for Deltek Costpoint and integrated applications
- Assist the IT Infrastructure team in managing SQL Server databases: ensuring proper security, performance monitoring, and backup and recovery are established
- Serve as a liaison between various functional units and Develop reports and dashboards to support reporting requirements of these various operational constituents
- Develop Excel templates that can be used for importing data using Costpoint preprocessors
- Manage user accounts and security roles in Deltek Costpoint
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in directly applicable roles or functions
- Proven Subject Matter Expert experience in Deltek Costpoint Materials configuration, implementation, and support within a manufacturing or services environment
- Strong understanding of Product Definition, Bills of Materials, Procurement Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Quality, Inventory, Sales Orders, Production Control, Manufacturing Orders, MES and MRP
- Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain management
- Strong understanding of Costpoint additional modules, such as Business Intelligence, Contracts and Fixed Assets
- Experience with creating automated workflows in Costpoint
- Exposure to or previous working experience with TIPQA Quality Management is a plus
- Problem solving capabilities, particularly bridging IT, and other functional areas (Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Contracts, Operations, etc.)
- Ability to obtain active SECRET clearance, due to nature of the work and contract requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive materials and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be a US Citizen
