Essential Functions:
- Enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of the administrative data maintained by the client and used by the programs within the Information Resources Directorate.
- Provide assistance to customers on any number of administrative functions supported by client's SharePoint applications.
- Make recommendations as to how MSD may be able to re-design its data management systems and processes to better serve the information needs of its customers.
- Improve cooperation, collaboration, communication, and commitment to exceptional organizational performance among managers and staff.
- Reinforce individual and organizational accountability.
Experience Requirements:
- Extensive prior work experience in creating and managing SharePoint sites and financial management business systems (for example PRISM, FBMS)
- Prior work experience in government contracting (minimum 1 year)
- Experience or other information that demonstrates a high level of attention to detail when executing tasks
