Previous collections and Loan Servicing history is a huge benefit as well as understanding vehicle titling. Have you worked at a dealership before? Sounds great, we can teach you the rest. Are you familiar with rental agencies? Let us hear about it!
The following tasks will be mastered in your new role:
- Ability to analyze an account, negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers (and individuals who rent vehicles), including offering suggestions as to how they can meet their obligations, propose alternative payment methods, and establish payment procedures.
- Accurately and professionally document account information and collection activities.
- Locate customers through the use of databases and references.
- Update and verify customers insurance policies are in accordance with our requirements.
- Ensure Woodward’s interest as a lien holder is up to date with registration and insurance.
- Appropriately track transportation, outstanding items, and fees for rental vehicles.
- Create, maintain, and analyze excel spreadsheets.
- Professionally communicate via phone, email, and other methods with customers and vendors
The Employer may also assign duties to the Employee from time to time. The Employee shall be expected to work on a full-time basis with the Employee being required to work at least 40 hours in a standard week.
High School diploma required
College degree preferred (We will evaluate experience in lieu of education)
Spanish speaker appreciated
Must be comfortable working on a computer and with spreadsheets.
