Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps.

Job Purpose
The Informatics Technician will provide technical support and assistance to end users creating a valuable relationship by listening well to employees and championing their needs. They will help to ensure that every employee gets top priority status resolution to their technological issues. They will also provide support for information systems projects as needed by the company. They must be a self-starter committed to learning quickly, participate in problem solving, and work well in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting support assistance for users of company-provided technology, including phones, tablets, desktops, and laptops, and all relevant systems and applications.
- Provide assistance and resources when introducing new MIS applications to the company or new employees to current systems. Create project implementation plans, including requirements and timelines to complete.
- Take action for any technical faults or issues.
- Coordinate with other IT vendors to solve problems and install new software or applications.
- Create and maintain reference data base for all systems configurations and settings, including resources to assist in repairing and trouble-shooting and all inquiries regarding phone, computer services, software and hardware devices.
- Create and maintain documents of changes to all MIS applications
- Organize, Log and Maintain all IT equipment
- Travel to remote office to facilitate any IT needs
- Other projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relative IT experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Windows installation and Support
- Virus, spyware, malware prevention and removal
- Standalone and shared printer installation and removal
- Installation and general support of miscellaneous desktop applications
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment and all levels of management and outside vendors
- Experience with iOS
- Understanding of Remote Desktop
- Experience providing tech support and troubleshooting assistance to employees with a wide range of abilities and knowledge
