We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and delivering excellent customer service. Duties
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices
- Assist with network administration tasks, such as user account management and security configurations
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including updates and patches
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT projects
- Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related topics
Suggested Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Familiarity with network administration and TCP/IP protocols
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
- Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills
