It Helpdesk Technician(F/T) - Savannah, Ga

Optim Health System is seeking a full time IT Helpdesk Technician for our Savannah, GA location.

Job Requirements:

• Triages all helpdesk tickets and phone help requests.
• Escalates issues as required to other IT staff.
• Assists with department projects as required.
• Unboxes and preps new PCs prior to deployment.
• Repairs and refurbishes PCs as necessary.
• Deploys new hardware with careful attention to detail.
• Communicates effectively with other staff (end users and IT) regarding IS issues.
• Communicates effectively with vendors regarding IS issues when necessary.
• Independently diagnoses and resolves all manner of computer hardware and software, printer and network problems.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
