Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives
Assist with design, collection of data, analytics and implementation for reporting key metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze improvement activities
Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
Play a key role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all learning content
Assisting with the planning and execution of training events and bottler events
Analyze consumer, customer and training data to develop knowledge and insights
Partner with QSE Programs & Governance teams to track training & proficiency implementation. Capabilities team to help lead the evolution of TI&SC's onboarding programs to todays and future needs, including defining/aligning clear success metrics
Participate in the evaluation of learning programs, providing feedback and suggestion for improvement
Analyze the impact of learning experiences and document improvements in the learning experience
