Help Desk Analyst
On-Site | Permanent | Fast-Growing Organization
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
- They are a pre-revenue organization and slotted to deliver product to customers this year and poised to be the second largest manufacturer in their niche.
- With big dreams comes rapid expansion - they are up to 375 total employees with more than 40 being added this year alone
- They have multiple state of the art facilities through south central Wisconsin with more facilities in U.S. and globally expected to come online over the next few years.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
- PTO: 15 day of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays
- Retirement: 401(k) - 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2%

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HELP DESK ANALYST
- Management of systems/network - ability to troubleshoot error codes, malfunctioning workstations, etc.
- Add/delete users to Office 365
- Grant user permissions to specific applications
- Troubleshoot and triage systems - software upgrades/updates
- Traditional desktop/help desk support - answering trouble tickets
- Assist with data migrations
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THE HELP DESK ANALYST
- Associates Degree - IT, Computer Systems or related field
- Experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support roles
- Point of Sale implementation/set-up/support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT related certifications are a plus!
