Position Description:
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing Technical Support across the organization and is the main point of contact of employees who are experiencing computer related issues. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware/software and solves technical problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing and configuring network computers, printers, routers and switches in a Microsoft environment.
- Procure, install, maintain, diagnose, repair and upgrade network hardware and software.
- Administer Office 365 (Exchange online) email system.
- Administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 system.
- Responsible for corporate data backup, recovery and archival.
- Set-up accounts for new users.
- Provide Technical Support and training across the company.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Maintain the integrity and security of the network.
- Provide support for the internal telephony systems.
- Evening and weekend off-hours are required when needed.
- Implement IT projects as directed by the IT Director.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, in addition to a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective time management skills and a high attention to detail.
- A criminal background check is required before employment.
